After agreement on the requested period, we will
ask you to make a deposit equal to a one-night stay
by credit card (Visa or MC) over the phone.
The receipt of your payment is the condition of
confirmed reservation. |
| In the event of a cancellation occurring at least
four weeks before your arrival, 100% of your deposit
will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation
occurring at least one week before your arrival,
50% of your deposit will be refunded. There will
be no refund if the cancellation occurs during the
week before your arrival. |
| There will be no refund for the first night for
"no show". |
Check-in time is preferably between 4pm and 7pm.
Check-out time is before 11am. |
| We do not accept children under 5 years old. |
| For safety reasons, no smoking is permitted on
the property. |
| For hygiene reasons, we do not allow pets. |
